Terms of service

1. Parties

This agreement is between LEBA Tattoo Equipment (seller) and the buyer (customer). By placing an order you accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & acceptance

• Orders placed on www.lebatattoo.com are an offer by the customer to purchase. LEBA reserves the right to accept or refuse any order for any reason (stock, configuration feasibility, legal restrictions).
• When LEBA confirms the order by email the purchase contract is formed.

3. Prices & payment

• Prices are shown on the website and may include VAT (for EU sales) where applicable. International customers may see prices excluding local taxes.
• Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout (cards, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). Payment processors may charge fees (non-refundable).
• In case of payment failure, LEBA may suspend or cancel the order.

4. Manufacture & delivery

• Lead times: 7–15 business days for build (estimated). Shipping transit times as per Shipping Policy.
• LEBA will not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, force majeure or events outside its control.

5. Title & risk

• Title (ownership) transfers to the customer upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage during transit is covered by LEBA insurance until delivery; see Shipping Policy.

6. Customs & import

• Customers outside the EU are responsible for customs duties, taxes and import compliance. LEBA cannot anticipate the exact amount of import charges.

7. Returns & refunds

• See Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom-built machines are non-returnable unless covered by warranty.

8. Warranty

• See Warranty Policy. Warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modification or liquid damage.

9. Limitation of liability

• LEBA’s liability for any claim related to the product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. LEBA is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual property

• All product designs, images, logos and content are the intellectual property of LEBA. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Compliance & intended use

• Products sold are professional tattoo equipment intended for licensed tattoo artists and studios. Use by persons under 18 is prohibited. Customer is responsible for complying with local laws and professional regulations regarding use of tattoo equipment.

12. Privacy & data protection

• Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By ordering, you consent to processing necessary to complete the purchase and deliveries.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Málaga, Spain unless mandatory law dictates otherwise (consumers may have different rights).

14. Changes to Terms

• LEBA may update these Terms; changes apply to orders placed after the update. We recommend customers review Terms periodically.
